I love the fact that you're staying positive thinking, positive acting positive but you're not a positive person. This isn't you're not learning through these specific practices because you don't enjoy doing it. You don't want them to be a part of your life therefore you're not ready. So the point is is to develop real healthy habits like drinking water programming yourself with some healthy thoughts, self love. All these things that we tend to ignore, and then design a life around who we want to be.
